3. Automated Matching and Profiling
Blockchain4Talent uses AI-supported tools to help candidates, companies and recruiters find relevant matches more efficiently. These tools may generate match percentages, skill summaries and job recommendations based on the information available in profiles, CVs and job descriptions.
