The German Team is looking for a passionate, mature Intern to support the creation and execution of a Sustainability Strategy for Cisco in Germany. While reporting to and working with the Sustainability Executive Sponsor – with this highly self-dependent role you can make a huge difference. Responsibilities
Sustainability concept for Cisco in Germany
  • Partner with Cisco colleagues globally to evaluate and build on global materials and activities
  • Evaluate the Sustainability approach as status quo in Cisco Germany
  • Involve interested German peers to gather collective intelligence and support
  • Create a Sustainability concept for Cisco in Germany
Communications Plan internally & external
  • Definition of key messaging for our Sustainability approach in Germany
  • Definition of communications concept for internal transparency and involvement
  • Definition and management of external communications concept and activities
  • Own the social media presence for our sustainability efforts
Project Management
  • Own and manage our Sustainability approach in Germany
  • Define and take responsibility for our Sustainability activity and cost plan
Candidate Profile
  • Studies Sustainability as part of a Bachelor/Master study
  • Passion for Sustainability in an Enterprise environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology tools/platforms
  • Very good knowledge of Windows applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work independently and in an organized, disciplined manner
  • Stress-resistant and ability to work to high-intensity work environment
Eligibility Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
  • Preferred location: Germany
