Socios.com is the world’s first fan voting and rewards platform. We produce digital assets called Fan Tokens for our partner teams, which fans use to vote in team-specific polls to earn rewards and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
ChilizX is a first-of-its-kind mobile and desktop crypto exchange for sports & entertainment products.
THE ROLE
We’re now looking to recruit an empathetic, highly motivated, curious, and energetic UX Researcher to help better understand our customers and their needs and assess solutions to these needs. The researcher would report to and assist the Service Design Manager in a number of projects to support product development.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, planning and assisting in moderating user interviews and usability Testing sessions:
- Analyzing the research request with the research manager and the product owner
- Recruiting participants (experience with User Interviews is a plus)
- Building a screener
- Scheduling sessions
- Helping session planning preparations
- Following up with participants before and after the sessions
- moderating some sessions when required and taking notes during other sessions
- Identifying important moments in the sessions for highlight extracts
- Compiling notes from different sessions
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify patterns and insights that inform the teams
- Assisting in other qualitative and quantitative product research projects:
- Build, send, and analyze Surveys (knowledge of ‘Survey Monkey’ is a plus).
- Coordinating app/product/research translations and following up on queries with respective stakeholders
- Conduct heuristic analysis
- Learn and improve with other research techniques like card sorting, journey mapping, problem identification
- Share knowledge and communicate UX to the company via our internal UX research channel.
- Keep listening to the users (customer support, social media, secondary research…)
Requirements:
- A degree related to UX research or at least 1-year experience working in a UX research environment
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, you know the difference between attitude and behavior.
- Experience conducting remote qualitative research (Lookback experience a plus)
- Experience working with MS Office/Google suites
- Highly organized, friendly & communicative, open-minded, precise, empathetic, scientific, adaptable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and able to filter through data and turn data/numbers into meaningful stories
- Languages: native or Proficient in English AND Spanish. Italian, Turkish, or Portuguese A PLUS.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Good presentational skills
- It’s a plus if you are passionate about sports
- You are comfortable with the software on mobile phones
