They are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to build and lead the US marketing team as well as the structures and processes to leverage existing and evolving global marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high degree of autonomy and ownership for objectives and key results
- Strategic thinking and data driven decision making paired with a track record of execution excellence and ability to create high quality down to the details
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience scaling a marketing team, navigating a global organization and the ability to work across non-Marketing functions
- A wealth of experience in B2C marketing across different marketing functions, with a deep understanding of mass market consumers
- Experience in developing and managing sizeable marketing budgets and allocating spend against business objective based on robust data
- Solid understanding of financial services, fintech or a highly regulated industry preferred
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the US in close collaboration with the Global Marketing Team whilst also developing and owning internal metrics as well as customer and market research to measure performance of channels, campaigns, activities and partners.
