We are looking for a Token Finance Manager to join our growing global Finance team. You will have the unique opportunity to own multiple token finance and accounting areas, build processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute on multiple international initiatives. You are a technical finance/accounting expert and strive for operational excellence, standardized processes and the implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities:
Token accounting books maintenance, monthly processes and reconciliations

Assist with and manage token distributions

Contribute to technical token accounting, tax and regulatory analysis memos

Assist with external token providers and partner queries and support

Processing and accounting for employee token programs

Review token related contracts and token award programs

Enhance and automate processes for token distribution

Assist onboarding of new exchanges and partnerships in Switzerland and globally

Participate in any external auditors and other stakeholders’ requests as assigned

Assist the Finance team in treasury and other traditional Finance areas as required

Background and Skills:
Fully-qualified CPA or equivalent financial qualification

3+ years experience in financial services or at a Big 4 firm. Experience in-house at a technology startup a plus

Basic knowledge of Swiss and international blockchain industry, laws, regulations and taxation.

Able to quickly pick up computer science and blockchain technical concepts – basic software development skills or coding a plus

Ability to work with the global team, including those in US Pacific timezone

Experience in system implementation and integration, in particular in trading and treasury

Exceptional analytical skills and strong Excel skills

Solid understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS

Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills

Comfortable in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment.

Excellent communication skills, work ethic and ability to be a business partner with various parts of a small, but very quickly growing global organization.

Fluency in English and German. French is an additional asset.
