We are a passionate young team on the mission to enable a fairer, more decentralized world. To do so we are building a crucial piece of cross-blockchain infrastructure to enable multiple blockchains to coexist and serve different needs. Apart from the tech we care a lot about user experience and aim to make complex technologies accessible for everyone.

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to help us with all things hiring for our constantly growing team. You’ll take care of our hiring funnel, find great candidates from different sources and will be involved in various people operations topics across the team.

Tasks

  • Find and convince outstanding talent from different sources
  • Understand well our hiring needs for new roles and conduct first calls
  • Build and maintain a network of great prospects for future roles
  • Ensure a great end-to-end hiring experience for all candidates
  • Manage and have an overview of our candidate pipeline
  • Be responsible for our employer branding and ATS tooling

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Previous work experience in tech startups and recruiting
  • Strong passion for people and human psychology
  • Ability to express oneself in structured manner along-side solid writing and communication skills
  • Reliability and self-management
  • Interest in the blockchain / crypto space

Nice to have:

  • Basic technical understanding and how the web works
