Your Role and Responsibilities

Onsite Talent Care Advisor (TCA) serves as the Talent Acquisition team’s concierge throughout the hiring process and partners closely with the local stakeholders, recruitment team members and third-party vendors to ensure smooth collaboration. Is responsible for building relationships with Client’s HR team, engage with local stakeholders to understand for current and future hiring demand and be able to consult TA team on local processes insights which impact delivery. Talent Care Advisor may support with any tasks associated to interview logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team for updates, feedback and queries during the recruitment process.
  • Organizes logistics of panel interviews as well as Talent Acquisition events.
  • Supports requisition creation/approval/offer management process, ensuring all required internal approvals are in place.
  • Contributes through excellent delivery, to high client satisfaction levels with the service to promote positive NPS scores, references and case studies from the account.
  • May support Hiring Managers in ad-hoc queries.
  • Participate in HR update meetings and represents the TA service to stakeholders as required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Good working proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous recruitment or HR experience.
  • Ability to travel is required.
  • Organizational skills.
