Your role

As one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will play an instrumental part in the success of our planned expansion that will see us grow from 90 people to over 400 in the next 18 months.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about building talent and delivering the best candidate experience, taking full ownership of the growth for specific areas of the business and business partner with heads of & hiring managers alike on defining the best go-to-market strategies.

Aside from being responsible for the success of day-to-day recruitment activities, you will have a coordinator working with you to enable fast and efficient pipelining of talent and help with administrative tasks so that you may place focus on the strategic element of your role and part-take in TA projects such as systems and toolings, processes and policies, events and much more.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycles for job vacancies within specified departments such as marketing, sales, operations & engineering

  • Develop effective recruitment strategies for the department you are partnering with and subsequently build quick-to-deploy sourcing techniques required to find top talent

  • Build strong awareness of the market for specific skill sets that are typically hard to source for, building continuous pipelines of interested candidates

  • Work hand in hand with hiring managers to understand hiring plans and keep yourself informed about their operations so that you may plan effectively for eventualities

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to set out hiring goals, objectives and measures of success specific to the areas you are responsible for

  • Proactively talent-map by using a variety of creative methods including but not limited to social media, community forums, events, referrals

  • Provide continuous insight to hiring managers and senior management using data to create reports and advice on market trends

  • Assist with TA projects such as the discovery of new tools, evolving guides and policies etc…

You’ll succeed as our Talent Acquisition Partner if you have…

  • Solid TA experience within a start-up/scale-up environment or fast-paced organisation

  • Experience in managing the entire talent acquisition hiring process for multiple roles simultaneously

  • Acute attention to detail and ability to multi-task/manage conflicting priorities and different stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally

  • High energy, highly motivated and self-directed

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the rest of the TA team, having a flexible approach to supporting any areas which require focus

  • Previous experience of working with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
