Your Role and Responsibilities
We are now looking for a one-year fixed-term employee with an interest in customer service and technology for our Lenovo Support Center. You will join a fantastic team who provide support to consumer and corporate customers as well as to our Field technicians at customer site. This involves troubleshooting over phone/remote takeover, identify hardware and software issues, supply spare parts and technical instructions to clients and onsite technichans.
You should have some experience and knowledge of personal computers (hardware and software, self-interest or education).

We are looking for you who are: Flexible and driven, have the ability to see the customer’s need for additional service and services, are driven by solving the customer’s problems, have very good team characteristics and you should have an interest in following the technological development. You speak fluent Swedish and English.

To be successful in the role, you need to be stress-resistant, responsive, driven and responsible. It is required that you can take your own initiative and are service oriented.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience and knowledge of PC’s (hardware and software, self-interest or education)
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as working independently when required.
  • Motivation to learn
  • Empathy and skills to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prior experience from a customer service occupation
  • Prior experience from Helpdesk/customer service role
