Le Département Propriété Intellectuelle/Technologies, Médias et Télécommunications serait heureux d’accueillir au sein de son équipe Technologies, Médias et Télécommunications un(e) étudiant(e) pour un stage d’études à temps plein de juillet à décembre 2022.

Notre équipe intervient sur des problématiques liées aux contrats informatiques, données à caractère personnel, télécommunications, internet et plus généralement liées aux nouvelles technologies (Intelligence Artificielle, Blockchain, Robotique, Véhicules autonomes, etc.), en France et à l’International. Vous aurez ainsi l’opportunité de travailler sur des dossiers TMT très variés, et dans des secteurs diversifiés (banque, assurance, fintechs, santé, télécommunications, énergie, automobile, etc.).

Le stage que nous proposons vous permettra de travailler au sein d’un cabinet international multi-practices en lien avec de nombreuses autres équipes (Départements Corporate, Droit Social, Concurrence, Régulation financière et bancaire, etc.) ainsi que d’autres bureaux Linklaters dans le monde. Vous serez complètement intégré à notre équipe (vous partagerez le bureau d’un avocat) et à nos activités. Nous vous offrons ainsi une expérience professionnelle motivante et formatrice.

Votre profil :

Étudiant(e) en Droit (Elève avocat,), en Ecole de Commerce ou Sciences Politiques, vous êtes titulaire d’un Master 2 en Droit des Nouvelles Technologies, vous avez de préférence déjà effectué un stage en cabinet/entreprise et avez un excellent niveau d’anglais. Votre enthousiasme, esprit d’équipe et votre sens de l’initiative joueront un rôle déterminant dans votre intégration et votre évolution au sein de notre cabinet.
