Social media Manager & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer and Social Media Expert to join our growing web3 marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the web3 space and a proven track record of success in social media marketing, with a must-have requirement of experience in content strategy planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement for web3 companies in various industries.
• Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and execute content strategy plans and scheduling to ensure a consistent and relevant social media presence.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and designers, to develop and execute social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Manage and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and other key stakeholders in the web3 space.
• Help clients to understand and make the best use of social media platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design and social media marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the web3 or blockchain industry is a plus.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
