Our Growth team helps maximize the potential of each Voodoo product within the ecosystem. Our Growth team is split into several job expertises such as user acquisition, ad monetization, video ads, playable ads and influencer marketers. Being part of the Growth Team at Voodoo requires a lot of operational excellence and creativity in order to constantly adapt ourselves to stay ahead of the rest of the market.


Voodoo is looking for a Social Media Manager to sit under our Head of User Acquisition to take ownership of our organic acquisition strategy and boost the virality of our games through fun and engaging content.

Engage with our players and grow communities on multiple platforms

Create viral marketing strategies for our titles, working closely with our user acquisition, influence, creative, and product teams

Perform market research to identify social and viral best practices for gaming

Lead content development for social media, mobilizing our in-house creative teams as well as coordinating creative agencies

Measure, monitor, and report on the performance and business impact of your activities in collaboration with Business Intelligence


4+ years of experience producing digital marketing content for social channels; gaming experience preferred but not required

Entrepreneurial mindset: high level of autonomy and drive; track record of leading high impact projects

Critical eye towards marketing design and messaging

Experience as a content creator with a strong portfolio of creative concepts

A track record of success building and optimizing social accounts/ campaigns

Performance mindset: deep understanding of how to track and optimize the business impact of acquisition campaigns (paid and organic)

Familiarity with tracking tools and audience measurement tools

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Bonus points:

Experience as an internal or agency creative copywriter

Experience with Photoshop and After Effects

Experience in a creative or performance marketing role at a mobile gaming company
