Everbloom is looking for a Social Media and Community Manager for our rapidly growing Web3startup.
We’re looking for an experienced communityleader who can bring a data-driven approach to scaling and community on ourSocial Media accounts and community platforms. The ideal candidate has built and managed teams for largecommunities on Discord and Social Mediawith a culture of data-driven decision-making, and making appropriateuse of tooling and analytics. We’re looking to adopt and then push beyondthe best playbooks and processes for scaling up community.You will be leading the major communication channels for Everbloom and the work you do will impact the way our customers interact with our product, ensuring we have the strongest customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a social strategy to increase key metrics surrounding engagement, sentiment, and growth

  • Manage all aspects of social, including concepting campaigns, scheduling content, engaging with our community, posting, and optimizing posts for KPIs

  • Maintain and evolve the Everbloom voice in all social-facing formats, from posts to comment responses to DMs

  • Identify relevant social trends to join in and rapidly develop timely content surrounding these trends

  • Be able to act as the face of the Everbloom brand in social content, specifically on Instagram Stories and TikTok

  • Partner with internal creative partners on asset development and delivery, providing insight into design optimizations that can improve performance, but also have the ability to quickly mock something up in Photoshop/Figma if needed

  • Oversee the extensive influencer network of Everbloom, identifying and evaluating opportunities to partner with creators

  • Create detailed reports on KPIs and social performance to show progress toward function goals

  • Be at the forefront of social media trends, having an in-depth knowledge of social media networks (existing and emerging) to allow us to innovate in the space

  • Assist in marketing initiatives as they arise and support the marketing team in developing groundbreaking campaigns

    Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in community and or social media management at a consumer-facing brand

  • The position is fully remote, but a minimum of 4 working-hour overlap with CET time zone required

  • Fluency in English with A+ communication and copywritingskills

  • Experience in working with consumer-facing applications/products

  • Passionate about understanding the latest trends in culture and Web 3

  • High energy and bias toward action – with the execution skills to make it all count

  • Desire to create social that is truly innovative, with a creative mindset to think of outside-the-box content that will engage our community

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social networks, especiallyTwitter,Instagram, and TikTok

  • Intermediate understanding of design and content creation on platforms such as Photoshop, Figma, and Premiere Pro

  • Solid project management skills and ability to identify goals, prioritize tasks, and execute on quick timelines

  • Ability to work quickly on developing strategy, content, and execution when there is a timely trend to join

  • Obsessed with details and data and constantly thinking about how to make things better
