Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. Your Role and Responsibilities

At IBM, our Service Managers excel by leading and coordinating delivery team’s overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Service Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!

You will work very closely with our clients to provide integrated management capability and together with the team deliver seamless experience.
You will lead the delivery team managing tasks, risks, and set targets and commitments, and report the health and status of delivery. You will proactively develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong overall technical IT background
  • SAP and Agile skills
  • SIAM, ITIL
  • Experience on working with reporting solutions (e.g. BO, Informatica, PowerBI )
  • Analyze and produce a consolidated report on the introduction of single points of failure relating to the introduction of an Operational Changes
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to solve problems. Applies a systematic problem-solving approach to gather needed information, evaluate alternatives, develop contingencies and prioritize actions
  • Results-driven, logical and methodical approach to achieve tasks and objectives
  • Strong management of performance and drive for continuous improvement
  • Good communication skills, as you will be working in a multicultural multisupplier environment
  • 6-8 years of relevant commercial experience
  • Fluency in Finnish language. In very rare cases English can be considered but even still there must be basics communication skills in Finnish language .
