About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team, working at the heart of transformation in financial services.
Having recently secured Series B funding, Copper is expanding its Information Technology function to accommodate the rapid growth the business is currently undergoing.
The role reports directly to the Head of Information Technology but with a close working relationship with Systems Administrators the Information Security Architect and Chief Information Security Officer.

Job Brief:
As a ServiceDesk Engineer, you will be the frontline for the Information Technology team. Responding to tickets within the Help Desk system and general assistance within the office for anything IT-related.
With Copper being a relatively new company, there is an opportunity to create some good foundations and really input and shape the day-to-day operational tasks for the role.

Tasks will include:
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our user’s encounter
  • Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
  • User on-boarding / Off-Boarding
  • Purchasing
  • Ticket triage and escalation
  • Password Reset
With this being a customer-focused role. People skills are just as important as technology. The ability to keep calm under pressure is very needed, this is an ideal opportunity for someone that wants to progress their career in Information Technology.

Desired Skills:
  • 1+ Years’ experience in a Service Desk
  • Asset Management
  • Zen Desk Service Desk or similar
  • Microsoft 365 / Azure (Basic knowledge)
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Exchange Online
  • Endpoint Manager / Intune
  • SharePoint
  • Teams / Skype for Business
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Apple Mac troubleshooting
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills
