About the Role

As a team member at TrusTrace, you’ll get to solve challenging, real-world problems that truly make a difference to society.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Consultant to join our team for a 6 months project, that can be pro longed or turn into a full-time position. As a Senior UX Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design of engaging, user-friendly experiences for our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and execute on design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use best practices to deliver high-quality designs; Unit-test designs for development including edge cases, usability, and scalability.
• Responsible for strategy, branding, conceptualization, ideation, visualization, behavioural science, storyboards, rapid prototyping, and visual designs.

• Provide design-driven solutions to business problems by simplifying the user experience.
• Expert in responsive web design and a mobile-first approach.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs
• Participate in usability testing and user research to collate user feedback at all levels with detailed documentation.

• Ensure design consistency across all products and services
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in UX design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field 5+ years of experience in UX design in leading tech companies. Graphic design is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and results

• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator and Zeplin.
• Knowledge about the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, WordPress, Git and Jira is a plus
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
