ForceField’s team of professionals in marketing, growth, strategy, and operations are currently pulled from the various portfolio companies which have a combined team of over 170 professionals across four offices.

About the Role:

We are looking for Project Managers whose dream is to coordinate with clients and our delivery teams to develop structured plans to achieve client goals. As a Project Manager, you will be assigned a client and you will manage the day-to-day of their portfolio.

This is a leadership position. You will be responsible for managing teams to implement solutions for your client’s growth challenge. You will help determine key priorities by analysing work patterns, workloads and client goals. You will also work closely with ForceField leadership and communicate the company’s objectives to your teams in a structured way.

You will partner with clients from a variety of different sectors within the blockchain ecosystem. Whether it is a layer one protocol, an NFT marketplace, a decentralised exchange, or a DAO treasury, your responsibility will be to identify and address their most critical goals and opportunities and coordinate dedicated ForceField teams to achieve success.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating resource needs and creating most optimal routes and workflows for achieving set goals
  • Working closely with fellow ForceField colleagues to transform client potential into performance
  • Defining the roadmap and scope of work while ensuring that the company and department level OKRs are well understood and staff is accountable to hit their KPIs.
  • Managing the company’s operations, building operational excellence and high-performance culture across the teams of ForceField
  • Updating SOPs and org charts
  • Providing proactive leadership, motivating team members, setting the standard for client expectation management for the teams, personally managing certain types of the deliverables
  • Coordinating and managing new client onboarding
  • Providing weekly updates on all activities under your umbrella of responsibilities: to management team, to specified client teams

  • Scheduling and managing project-related meetings
  • Preparing meeting agendas, running and managing team meetings
  • Supporting the cross-team work productivity (removing bottlenecks and roadblocks)
  • Setting up and handling the project scope
  • Planning a budget and a calendar
  • Following the project’s progress and surfacing problems
  • Allocating tasks and responsibilities
  • Setting up and continuous managing of projects and tasks under your umbrella of responsibilities
  • Determining and documenting Areas of Responsibility for each team (internal, client) and respective team members

  • You have a bachelor’s degree; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.)
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in project management
