Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the creative side of the product development process. You will have a chance to be a part of the team responsible for designing products used by over 1 million customers. Our mission is to create an environment in which our customers can enter the cryptocurrency world with the least hurdle.

Your domain will cover both the UX design as well as the visual representation of the entire product. You will be working in a distributed environment where most of the team works remotely.

Responsibilities

• Building UX solutions to develop and improve front-end application functionality for over 1M Zonda customers

• Optimizing the information architecture to provide an excellent user experience

• Building the design representation for the developed information architecture

• Taking care of all creative and visual aspects of the company (ownership of web and mobile trading panel design, as well as marketing website design)

What your daily tasks will be

• Preparation and implementation of a new layout for a trading application

• Cooperation with Product Managers and other stakeholders in the context of designing a data-driven product and its business goals

• Collaboration with Product Owners in the context of specific application areas

• Working with the project team in Scrum

• Creation of the Design department in the company

• Cooperation with agencies, freelancers, hiring employees for the department

Requirements

• Good feel for the FinTech industry

• Experience supported by portfolio (5+ years not necessarily in FinTech)

• Knowledge of the UX and UI design principles and different frameworks for both mobile and web platforms

• Strong experience working with design systems, so you can easily keep them updated and functional over time

• A knack for aesthetics and precision, as well as attention to detail and a pixel-perfect approach

• Ability to use tools to document design and lead the development team to match project quality

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Fluency in English and Polish (B2+ level)

• Independence and ability to organize work for yourself and in the department

• Ability to work with Figma
