In your role as Senior Operations Manager, you will be working closely with the Customer Support and Compliance Chapters. Their corresponding processes are scaling with the growth of our user base. Therefore, we need your expertise in hyper-growth, structuring the operational organization and executing the roadmap to support our risk appetite.

Your mission

  • You drive and manage effective collaboration between customer service and the compliance chapters
  • In collaboration with our CCO and Head of Customer Service, you develop the roadmap for the Compliance and Customer Service Chapters to reach operational excellence
  • You develop and take ownership of clear key performance indicators and build reporting dashboards
  • You analyse processes, drive automation and optimization of operational processes
  • You support our chapters by ensuring that high-quality solutions are developed according to agreed standards
  • You are part of our hiring processes for both chapters and support in onboarding activities
  • You manage and build strong relationships with internal- and external stakeholders such as our People & Culture Chapter, and Product Chapter, as well as Outsourcing Partners, Software Providers and CRM Specialists

Your profile

  • You successfully completed a Bachelor and/or Master’s studies in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, and/or Compliance
  • You have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in customer support and compliance
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams to build and maintain operational excellence
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and are able to deal with ambiguity and are flexible in our fast-paced fin-tech environment
  • You have experience with scaling teams, and onboarding new joiners
  • You’re known for your hands-on mentality: people know you as a proactive problem-solver, who is not afraid to take ownership and accountability
  • You are a communicator by heart, both written and verbal with Business fluency in both German and English
