As Senior Marketing Manager, you will report to the CEO of SecuTix and enjoy a stimulating product development dynamic. You will define digital strategies to support our business growth and lead a small international team to drive Digital Marketing and promotional campaigns.
Lead the strategy of our B2B marketing and communication operations with a creative mindset and out of the box thinking
Define digital marketing strategies and work with web agencies to maintain our website, grow awareness and generate inbound leads
Manage and motivate a team of 3 across Europe (Spain and Netherlands) in charge of internal communication, employer branding and event management
Actively engage with our Sales team to assess their needs and evaluate the impact and performance of your marketing activities versus targets
Develop and implement advertising assets, sales collateral, mailing, rich media contents, ….
Liaise with ELCA Group Corporate Communication team to handle PR related matters
Gather/Analyze relevant market data and web traffic metrics (competition, positioning, distribution channels, advertising trends)
Manage marketing budget
Manage recurrent cross functional sync calls to ensure proper communication and alignment across SecuTix organization
Support the CEO with internal presentations

- Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
- 10-15 years of 360 marketing experience in a B2B environment
- Solid experience of Saas business model required
- Management experience, preferably within a multicultural environment
- Creative mind with a go-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Fluency in English mandatory; French/Spanish a plus
