Crypto Finance Group is a multi-award winning company and one of the most respected fintechs in Switzerland, with offices in Zug, Zürich, and Singapore. We enable traditional and institutional investors to invest in digital assets such as bitcoin and ether. Professionalism is our focus, but innovation and speed are equally important. Our asset management business is Switzerland’s first regulated asset manager for crypto assets authorised by FINMA under FinIA. In addition to our two Liechtenstein based funds, we manage the first FINMA-regulated crypto fund, which is based on the Crypto Market Index 10, and consists of the 10 largest crypto assets by market cap. We are looking to build on this pioneering work by adding new crypto investment products, and aim to expand our leadership in this space.
The starting date is as soon as possible, and the work location is in the heart of Zurich.
Key responsibilities
Activate and leverage your extensive institutional network of clients, e.g. pension funds and insurance companies, to market leading crypto investment solutions
Develop new sales channels, platforms, and partnerships for investment products
Help develop product shelf by providing client feedback and market intelligence
Pro-active business development activities, such as sales campaigns, client events, and similar
Work closely with internal partners, e.g. portfolio managers, marketing, and trading
Employ a systematic sales process with CRM-guided pipeline and prospect management
Requirements
Proven sales track record with institutional client base for a bank, asset manager, or similar
Experienced in all aspects of business development for institutional clients
Strong interpersonal skills
Passion for digital assets and crypto
Self-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on
Thrives in a fast-moving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English is a must
