What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with business leaders, product managers and external stake holders to architect, design and build EMURGO’s community engagement platform, Cardano Spot
• Contribute to design and development of community engagement platform
• Work on development of core platform and its features using the modern and latest tools
• Actively participate in choosing the components of the platform through appropriate buy, build and integrate decisions
• Provide innovative solutions and mentor junior team members
• Learn and evolve the platform as Web 3.0 evolves

What you bring to EMURGO

• 5+ years of experience in Software development
• Hands on experience in; ReactJS, Angular or VueJS, cross-platform mobile tools is a plus like React Native or Flutter and other web and mobile technologies (broad and deep experience)
• As a developer you have experience in building performance reach or cross platform mobile applications.
• Good knowledge of headless CMS like Strapi and Storyblok
• Deep knowledge of broad spectrum of Web 2.0 technologies
• Proficiency in API architecture, microservices and related best practices.
• Knowledge of current state of Web 3.0 technologies
• Good knowledge of software development best practices
• Good level of verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in platform development

Bonus qualifications

• Deep understanding of Web 3.0
• User-level experience with blockchain applications (ex: wallets, dApps, staking, etc.)
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals
