Your mission

  • Implement a Marketing automation strategy for Nuri to support user acquisition, user activation and retention
  • Support in setting up a holistic user journey & communication approach across all CRM channels including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and more
  • Develop a strong CRM testing roadmap alongside the team to continually optimize all areas from acquisition to activation and retention including identifying opportunities to better understand our customer segments and their lifecycle, behaviours, and needs
  • Closely monitor campaign performance and continuously report on A/B testing results to share the learnings with the rest of the organization
  • Ideate, create, and implement sustainable promotional concepts and product/feature release campaigns
  • Owning style guide for emails, aligning messaging, and steering German first perspective

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing/ CRM
  • Prove experience in developing and managing a mobile push notification strategy, as well as best practices and creative concepts
  • You have a track record of executing with attention to detail in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment; strategically strong, structured, and analytical
  • Ability to create and adapt email templates in HTML/CSS
  • Experience in copywriting in either English or German or both
  • A good combination of analytic/segmentation/forecasting skills, and also communication/messaging skills
  • You are highly organized and autonomous, but also able to collaborate and work cross-functionally to problem solve and drive projects to completion
  • Fluent in German and English, native German is wished
  • SQL knowledge is a strong plus
  • Passion for all things finance is a must, all things blockchain another strong plus
