We are looking for a proven ‘human centric’ change management practitioner that leads our change initiatives. Empathy, curiosity, communication, and relationship skills are key to drive a ‘human centric’ change. You will team up with our client leadership and with change leaders. We expect you to coach young graduates as part of the change team or as part of the project team. We will invite you to play an active role in developing the business.

As a senior DXC Change Management Consultant, you lead small to medium size change missions or drive the change track of major transformation programs (often enabled by disruptive technology). You will be working across industries on different type of change projects: e.g. new operating models or organizations, post-merger integrations or carve-outs, new ways of working, adoption of new digital tools, enabling new cultures.

To support our growth ambition, the Consulting practice is looking for a Senior Change Manager to strengthen the team.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead impacted client teams to develop and deploy new ways of working, and new skillsets needed to perform daily jobs
  • Support the client in creating a common understanding across the organization about objectives, scope, timelines, and new operating principles behind the targeted transformation
  • Take part in daily work groups, work sessions, interviews, and presentations
  • Act as an expert or as a coach for our client, at the different levels of the client organization
  • Help client leadership to develop buy-in among key stakeholders
  • Act as a team player of a smaller or larger project team
  • Take part in daily work groups, work sessions, interviews, and presentations
  • Own your development and learning in close collaboration with your coach, with your project manager and with your people manager
  • Learn to act as trusted advisor for leadership teams at large clients

What we expect from you:

  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years proven change management experience
  • Empathy and curiosity
  • A proven ‘human centric’ change management experience
  • Have a healthy interest in different sectors and industries
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills (small to medium size projects/tracks)
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as to be part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in French and English, with a professional level of Dutch
