In this role

  • You will help our clients enact their digitalization strategies
  • You will understand client needs to envision and design the most efficient solution
  • You will Solve our client’s challenges through a structured approach, identifying project risks and effectively communicating suggested mitigating actions
  • You will engage with our clients and their stakeholders to resolve issues, structure problems and propose recommendations
  • You will conduct workshops with our clients to guide them through the different phases of the project
  • You will lead the full lifecycle from the business needs, the analysis and solution design in collaboration with the business and technical stakeholders
    • Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
    • Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
  • You will identify, analyze and document business requirements into user stories, ready to be developed, following the agile methodology

Typically, your field of activity is at the interface between the client and the different experts (subject matter experts, development team etc…)

About your profile

  • University degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in business analysis or business consulting (ideally in a service company)
  • Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills, track-record of engaging with business stakeholders and experts
  • Robust communication and persuasion skills are must-haves to react to RFP and marketing initiatives in French and English
  • Proactive, strong ability to work in an independent and structured way
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial approach, highly motivated to accompany IT solutions from idea to successful implementation
  • Strong interest in strategic consulting (Data or IT Governance, Digital Strategy, IT Management, and Assessments)
  • As a plus :
    • Certification: DMBOK, BABOK, SAFE, TOGAF, CSPO, PSM
    • Experience with Data modelling, interfaces, ETL/ELT, API, MDM,
    • Experience with Interoperability and MDM tools (Semarchy, Profisee, Atlan, Denodo, Marklogic,…)
