Our Swiss client, an innovative, self-organized, and young start-up in IT Services and Consulting, is looking for a senior consultant (100%) to grow their dynamic team. This company is composed of banking technology specialists with one goal: to make the banking system a more modern business one step at a time. This is a company where employees shape their working reality and instead of following old, boring rules, they have the power to set new efficient ones. Their services focus on: Avaloq consulting, data wiping, cryptocurrencies, negative interest, Avaloq Front Portal, AMLA 21, Instant Payments, Sanctioned Assets, and Avaloq CAPI.

Tasks

Are you the next superstar? As an Avaloq Consultant, you would join a team with an entrepreneurial attitude. You will have the chance to develop in an innovative environment, being responsible for the whole process: from the first consulting step to the last support phase. We are looking for an energetic consultant that feels at home in environments where growth is an everyday reality and not just a theoretical concept.

Requirements

What do we expect from you? Avaloq has no secret for you: you are used to working on the technical implementation of the solutions, and you are seen as a subject matter expert by your clients and colleagues. You master PL/SQL and Oracle databases and ideally have experience with Java and web application development. You speak German and English fluently and you have an entrepreneurial and proactive personality. Finding your clients and discovering new project opportunities is a fun activity for you, as well as being a point of reference for both clients and teammates. Thanks to your senior role, you will also be entrusted with project management and the guidance of more junior talented colleagues.
