Your Role and Responsibilities
The role is to be the Leader of the IBM Security unit in Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel (SPGI). IBM Security is an integrated business unit that includes IBM Security Solutions in the areas of Threat Management and Digital Trust as well as an end-to-end security services portfolio, from consulting projects to integration and managed services.
As the Security leader, you will be responsible for:
- Translate the IBM Worldwide strategy to the specific requirements of the SPGI market and drive the go to market model, marketing priorities and alliances map.
- Lead the sales activities towards the achievement of the financial goals of the unit:
- Transactional and SaaS Software business
- Services signing, revenue and profit
- Grow a strong ecosystem network of business partners and third-party product alliances.
- Work with the Consultancy & Delivery leader to ensure profitability and high levels of customer satisfaction for security services engagements
- Lead and motivate the team, maintaining a growth mindset environment
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of the security market, both from the solutions and the services point of view.
At least 12 years’ experience in sales leadership roles with a strong proven track record
Experience in developing ecosystem strategies and working with business partners
Strong team building and management skills
Strong track record in building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders.
Spanish and English: Fluent
Readiness to travel up to 60%
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience managing a P&L
- Experience working in international environments
- Security certifications
valid work permit for Spain
