WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Power BI & Data Engineer , you will be responsible of create the ETL scripts to extract usage data of Office 365 APIs as well as be responsible to create & design reports in Power BI based on this data for our internal customers. As a global product, we provide services to all Santander entities across the world.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Create and manage Python scripts to extract data from Microsoft APIs. Also, would work with PowerShell scripts.

• Design an improve the data model of the extracted data

• Import the data in SQL database & PostgreSQL database.

• Investigate the connections to new APIs of Microsoft or other Santander products like Service Know to evolve the solution.

• Design the BI reports and explore the update and features of Power BI service to get the most value of the licenses.

• Knowledge in design and development in Microsoft PowerPlatform products will be a nice to have it, in order to evolve department solutions.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year as a Power BI & Data Engineer

EDUCATION

• Knowledge in the skills required, or academic background: Science Computer.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Hard Skills:

  • SQL

  • Python

  • Web APIs (The main data sources are APIs)

  • Power BI

  • Data architecture. The role would be responsible to improve and evolve the current data model.

  • PowerShell (Desired)

  • PowerPlatform: Power Apps and Power Automate (Desired)

• Soft skills:

  • Interest in new Microsoft technologies, mostly Power Platform, that includes Power BI.

  • Good communication skills

  • Teamwork. You will be part of a 100% agile team.

• Language:

  • English (B2 Desirable)

  • Spanish
