The most important characteristic of our Sales Development team is that we love talking about Chainalysis. Our job is to help understand customers’ pain points and determine whether or not our solution will help them overcome the challenges they’re facing. 

The SDR Manager has been in the trenches of high-volume outbound prospecting and are masters at coaching, inspiring, and building teams. We measure success by tracking qualified meetings, growth of our top of funnel prospects, conversion rates, and developing a motivated and engaged team.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

  • You’ve built comprehensive hiring, onboarding, and coaching programs for our Sales Development team
  • You’ve partnered directly with sales leadership in the region to prioritize accounts and allocated resources appropriately to build pipeline
  • You’ve established metrics to track, improve, and predict the performance of your team
  • Your team has exceeded quarterly quota on a regular basis

  • Previous experience building high-performing sales development teams for a SaaS, FinTech, Cyber Security, or cryptocurrency business
  • Experience leading sales development teams during periods of hyper-growth
