Software Development Engineer in Test – DeFi Trading Infrastructure – Remote (EU Wide)


The Company:

An extremely well-funded startup, on a mission to challenge and redefine conventional finance, are currently looking for an SDET to work within their established test team.


What’s on offer:

The Role:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining test suites for complex systems.
  • Assisting in improving test specifications and producing high quality automated tests.
  • Working with Python, Pytest, Robot for backend test automation.
  • Read specifications to learn about the application and take initiative when things go wrong to explore and determine the difference between setup errors and genuine bugs.


Required technical experience:

  • 5+ years within test automation
  • 3+ years programming experience (Python, C++, Golang, Rust etc)
  • Experience testing financial systems and applications.
  • Comfortable using VC’s (git)
  • Experience building and maintaining CI and other test infrastructure.
  • Experience testing APIs
  • Experience and interest in distributed networks, blockchain OR Crypto
