WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the team´s progress toward team goals to improve performance in quality, predictability, flow and velocity.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Ensures all participants in the project follow the principles and values defined at Santander Agile Way.

• Facilitates the work and removes impediments.

• Provides direction and oversight to Product Owner resources.

• Recognizes the main areas for improvement in Scrum practice.

• Optimizes the composition of the teams and their way of working.

• Makes the incremental delivery of a product more efficient.

• Plan deliveries consistent with reality and guide teams in their development.

EXPERIENCE

• Solid experience facilitating synchronization meetings, PI Planning, Ideation sessions, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains.

• IT Service Management knowledge and understanding.

• Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in Jira will be a plus.

EDUCATION

• Technical Degree in computer science, engineering or similar.

• SCRUM Master certification.

• SAFe/ITIL/Lean certifications are a plus.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Possesses high-level understanding of IT general controls (security, change management, disaster backup recovery, data center, etc.) and IT application control concepts (application processing controls, system reconciliations, interfaces, reports testing, workflows).

• Possesses a sound technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.

• Advanced understanding in agile project management.

• Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken .
