WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the team´s progress toward team goals to improve performance in quality, predictability, flow and velocity.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Ensures all participants in the project follow the principles and values defined at Santander Agile Way.

Facilitates the work and removes impediments.

Provides direction and oversight to Product Owner resources.

Recognizes the main areas for improvement in Scrum practice.

Optimizes the composition of the teams and their way of working.
-
Makes the incremental delivery of a product more efficient.
-
Plan deliveries consistent with reality and guide teams in their development.
EXPERIENCE
-
Solid experience facilitating synchronization meetings, PI Planning, Ideation sessions, including the ART sync at the Program Level and the value stream sync for Solution Trains.

IT Service Management knowledge and understanding.
-
Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.

Experience in Jira will be a plus.
EDUCATION
-
Technical Degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
-
SCRUM Master certification.
-
SAFe/ITIL/Lean certifications are a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
-
Possesses high-level understanding of IT general controls (security, change management, disaster backup recovery, data center, etc.) and IT application control concepts (application processing controls, system reconciliations, interfaces, reports testing, workflows).

Possesses a sound technical foundation and working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and applications.

Advanced understanding in agile project management.

Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken .
