Your Role and Responsibilities
Salesforce is recognized as #1 CRM platform in various analyst reports for past many years and IBM is the longest standing strategic partner in Salesforce services. So, this is your extraordinary opportunity to build a rewarding career in Salesforce consulting.

For large clients with extensive, global, Salesforce-implementation plans we are currently looking to hire a first team of newly gradated forward thinking, tech-savvy Salesforce developers to be.
After an initial training and Salesforce certification phase, that will give you a solid foundation to build from, you will become part of our growing Salesforce Practice, working side by side with our clients enabling them to implement and adopt the next generation CRM-solutions.

We help our clients work smarter with the help of the latest technology to lead in their industry and stay ahead of competition. IBM’s client engagements in Salesforce span across the full project life cycle – from early design and architecture to implementation projects and maintenances services. There are also shorter “proof of concept” projects related to sales development.

Together with your project team you will configure, develop, integrate, test, enhance, and maintain solutions for critical business processes for large international clients with base in Sweden. Starting as a graduate in IBM will give you a great platform to grow and thrive in one of the world’s largest IT consulting companies where continuous development and learning is seen as a key component.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
For these roles we look for team-workers with passion for tech and an appetite for large enterprise solutions. Most likely you also have the ability to:

  • Thrive in ever changing, technology-based service environments – motivated by learning new technologies and solving client problems together
  • Easily connect with new stakeholders and build professional relationships with other IBMers, clients and business partners, over Webex and in real life
  • Quickly understand existing business processes/solutions in order to translate this into end user needs and technical requirements for new ways of working

Must haves:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the Information Technology area
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

  • Previous experience of CRM applications
  • Previous experience of agile ways of working and agile delivery models
