A Fintech SaaS start up who has just received is series A funding and going throw a considerable growth period is looking to add a Sales Manager to their high performing sales team. You’ll be a essential part of a dedicated team within a global business with huge growth plans.

What you’ll be doing

  • Driving business growth globally by developing partnership and strategic relationships
  • Collaborating and consulting with customers, increasing the customer base and optimising business growth by establishing a healthy pipeline of partnerships.
  • Researching, identifying and approaching new potential partners and finding the best route into their businesses
  • Tailoring communication to prospective clients to help them understand the potential and benefits of our products and services and in turn, how they can support their business and sales aspirations
  • Analysing data trends and client performance, to develop solid sales plans, and preparing and conducting strategic pitches and presentations
  • Working with a broad range of prospective cryptocurrency partners and customers and an internal team
  • Working with the Head of Commercial and Head of Product to use your sales conversations to feedback customer challenges to inform new markets and products and present commercial strategies to develop commercial performance
  • Proactively improving sales processes and services to continually improve our offering
  • Ensuring the CRM is used effectively and efficiently to maximise revenue and provide seamless integration to Customer Success and the onboarding process
  • Refining our sales approach where needed to achieve mutually beneficial results for us and our customers
  • Working with Operations and the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for the customer from the sales stages through to our onboarding process and beyond
  • Researching, identifying and approaching new potential partners and finding the best route into their businesses

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • An experienced Sale Manager (ideally in SAAS) with proven track record of driving B2B sales and commercial targets and KPIs.
  • ability to influence key stakeholders to deliver solutions and meet sales targets
  • An outstanding communicator with great negotiation skills
  • A team player who can roll up their sleeves to support others working towards a common goal
  • Someone with a strong commercial outlook
  • Self-starter, target driven and excited by achieving goals
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills with strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • A background in either financial service/Insurance/Tech and Start-up Business would be advantageous
