eak digital is a fast growing, global PR agency that prides itself on providing specialised, business critical PR and Communication services to the blockchain industry. Our global network and footprint has been expanding at a rapid rate and as a result we are expanding very quickly, with a mission to be the number one brand when it comes to Blockchain PR, Communications and Events, and we are looking for a self motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR), to join our team and help drive real impact.
As an SDR you will be responsible for qualifying both inbound and outbound leads and converting prospects into opportunities. You will be working closely with Account Executives to consistently feed in relevant opportunities and prospects. You will be one of the first point of contact for prospects, and you will have the opportunity to set the tone for our customers’ entire experience with our brands.

Here is what you will do:
  • Educate our prospects and customers on the value of EAK Digital services and events and how we can help scale their business
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities by providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  • Conduct and approach outbound prospecting to explore interest and uncover opportunities, providing prospects with high value content, information and at the right time
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to the Account Executives
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Set appointments for the AE sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Executive
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM application
  • Collaborate with the sales team and be a team player
  • Document all sales activity in our CRM daily
  • Keep informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to clients
  • Manage customer expectations to create long term EAK Digital fans and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • As part of our growing sales team, help define and improve sales processes, strategies, tactics, and more

  • Must be adept at forming and sustaining relationships with prospects
  • Consultative sales approach, strong negotiation skills, and excellent follow-through
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects at many levels and with varying degrees of technical expertise
  • Highly detail oriented and a great time-manager even in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with internal and partner resources
  • High level of EQ, understanding of global cultural differences and how to navigate those
