Your role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be working alongside diverse personalities and industries. You will have impeccable communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with prospects seamlessly. You will be focused on lead generation and strategic outreach for our UK team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage outbound and inbound sales channels; map the market and build sales prospects
  • Inform and recommend outreach strategies and best practices by testing various types of touch points
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities; move solid leads through the funnel, connect them to a salesperson, and arrange meetings
  • Tracking, analysing and finding ways to improve campaigns and the sales process
  • Collaborate and provide feedback and insights to the Marketing team to help improve targeting and messaging
  • Inform and recommend outreach strategies and best practices by testing various types of touchpoints

You’ll succeed as our Sales Development Representative if you have

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Solid experience in customer service or sales
  • Experience or a strong desire to work for an early-stage startup
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Extremely well-organised
  • Basic knowledge of crypto/blockchain markets would be advantageous
