We are recruiting for a vital new role within the Business Development team due to our ongoing growth and expansion. You will join in a varied lead generation role, designed to support the wider sales team by sourcing and qualifying outbound leads and setting meetings.

You will be tasked with generating new business , BANT qualified sales meetings with senior-level decision-makers in Finance. You will create these by following up on B2B marketing leads and prospecting to your own, researched opportunities.

Over the course of the first year, you will be trained on the entirely bespoke service offering, the lead generation process, and the contract negotiation cycle. The long-term goal for this individual is to promote them to a closing role where they can run sales meetings and close business autonomously.


As a Business Development Representative with Finixio you’ll:

  • Generating and setting Enterprise level sales meetings
  • Pitching at C-Level within large companies in the traditional finance and fintec sectors.
  • Working with the marketing team to qualify and progress outbound enquiries


Requirements:

  • Highly intelligent with a strong academic performance
  • 1 + years B2B Sales experience in any market
  • A committed and thorough approach to working
