Location: Fully Remote

Would you like to be working on cutting edge blockchain technology from the comfort of your own home whilst programming in C++’s modern counterpart, Rust?

This internationally established scale up company is working on blockchain technology that is used as an infrastructure for the creation and use of decentralised applications in the Metaverse, NFT Markets and for Gaming.

As part of their core software team, you will be implementing new features on their core blockchain technology programming in Rust on Linux OS. There will also be variety in working across the entire software development life cycle as you take charge of feature design, development, testing and deployment.

Whilst all new development is being written in Rust, substantial amounts of their codebase have been programmed in C++, and given its similarity to Rust, an open-minded approach is being taken when it comes to experience with either C++ or Rust.

They’re looking for someone with strong algorithm design skills and expert knowledge behind the fundamentals of computer science, keen to learn and develop their skillset further.

Whilst not essential, any experience working with cloud-based technologies or containerisation would also be desirable.
