Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
  • Become part of the company’s risk function
  • Perform risk analyses for both business processes and products
  • Take on 2nd line of defence duties, and extend the ICS and Risk Frameworks according to business needs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in governance, reporting, escalation, and regulatory matters related to risk
  • Advise on new business initiatives from a risk perspective in a fast-paced international environment, and liaise with Compliance to align monitoring tasks
  • Advise on quantitative risk strategies
  • Manage small projects from specification to implementation
Qualifikationen / Anforderungen
  • University degree in law, (Quant) finance, or BA
  • Several years of experience in risk management and governance matters in the financial industry
  • Very good command of office tools
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and data management skills
  • Familiarity with standard risk classifications
  • Experience in an international and fast evolving environment
  • Proven track record of rapid execution at the highest standards
  • A dynamic person with a positive attitude and strong motivational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and hands-on, with an attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
