About Dexterity Capital Liquidity

DC Liquidity is a new business unit within Dexterity Capital. We provide full-service capital markets support to set up new cryptocurrency token issuers for success. Collaborating directly with founding teams, we aim to be strategic investors and support in all areas of digital asset liquidity


About the Role

We are looking to hire a team of Relationship Managers to join us, with backgrounds in Sales or Crypto. You will be responsible for sourcing new deals and serving as the relationship management lead with new crypto partners for our market making business.

You will work directly with CEOs, founders, and the senior leadership team at Dexterity Capital Liquidity. We are looking for an “all-around player” who can help scale this business and handle cross-functional responsibilities.


What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the end-to-end sales process of our market making and capital markets offering, which includes running sales process, pipeline management, and deal negotiation
  • Post-sale, serving as the lead Account Manager for ongoing client management
  • Collaborating with the Dexterity trading operations team to ensure that trading strategies are executing correctly
  • Fostering relationships with key ecosystem partners (exchanges, legal, custody, security)
  • Assisting in development of thought leadership and work to become a subject matter expert in a key area of the cryptocurrency ecosystem (e.g., tokenomics/emissions, market microstructures, DeFi)

About you

  • 2-4+ years professional experience with cryptocurrencies or you come from a high growth tech company
  • Skilled with outbound sales motions, lead generation and qualification, pipeline management, relationship building, and client relations
  • Highly resourceful and able to operate independently
  • This is a new business line, and requires flexibility and ability to “wear many hats”

Great to have

  • “Crypto native” and understands fundamental principles of crypto markets, L1 protocols, project tokenomics, Centralized Exchanges, DeFi, exchanges, and entities in the ecosystem
  • Understanding of trading terminology (order books, fills, spreads, options) and market microstructures
  • Existing relationships with cryptocurrency projects (founders, builders) and/or ecosystem partners (exchanges in US and Asia, Law Firms, Custody Providers, Audit Providers, etc.)
  • Ability to write conversationally and communicate in Mandarin
