As a Recruiter, you will be a part of IBM Internal Recruitment Team. Your main responsibility would be to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects…sounds so generic?

Daily duties

  • building a pipeline of top talent through different channels including online databases and job boards or social networking
  • screening and recommending candidates for the next steps of interviews
  • organizing interviews with candidates
  • candidate database management
  • taking part in job fairs and other employer branding initiatives
  • actively searching for new solutions to attract candidates

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • fluent in English and Polish
  • experience in running recruitment processes independently
  • experience in working in multinational environment
  • good knowledge of sourcing tools and social media
  • very good organization skills and ability to work under time pressure in a fast-changing environment
  • proven ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
  • excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively with teams and managers at all levels of the organization
  • ability to handle highly sensitive/confidential information
  • excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
  • strong will to learn
  • positive attitude and drive for success
  • desire to work hard, share content, strategies and best practices amongst your peers and really enjoy a team atmosphere

  • high-volume recruiting experience
