We are looking for customer-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist and Trainer to join our exciting new project – Digital Assets Exchange within our Customer Service team and ensure that the best customer service experience is provided to our users.


Position: Quality Assurance Specialist and Trainer (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset and ensure quality framework is in place that everyone towards a collective goal
  • Develop improvement plans, and collaborate with operations team to improve quality performance and knowledge
  • Research and understand customer expectations and needs
  • Review performance including attendance and training when required
  • Analysis, designs, reports, and presentations which focus on customer problems and solutions
  • Constantly learn and develop your skills within customer support, tech and crypto
  • Assist the Customer Support Manager in developing guidelines
  • Handle customer complaints, any special cases


Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience in customer service field/quality and training
  • Experience in a QA role
  • Excellent in English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Mandarin language is highly preferred
  • Tech-savvy and experience/knowledge with cryptocurrencies is a plus
