QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Fiat team to help test the performance and end-to-end functionality of the fiat payment system, as well single API’s and the middleware such as Kafka, Redis, MySQL, JVM and so on.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with QA and tech teams to identify system requirements and design performance tests
• Plan and develop the methodology and approach for regression, base-line, comparison, benchmarking tests
• Execute various performance tests including load, stress, latency, soak, scalability
• Define the test strategy to include designing, writing, and executing performance test cases and procedures
• Drill into performance issues and identify metrics, bottlenecks, and propose solutions
• Continuously analyze and propose solutions on how application performance can be improved

Requirements:

• More than three years of back-end server testing experience
• Proficient in writing scripts with open source tools such as JMeter, with script debugging, performance optimization, data monitoring and result analysis capabilities
• Rich experience in JVM, database and various middleware software analysis and optimization
• Proficient in Java, strong coding skills are preferred
• Experience in full-link stress testing, fault drills, design and development of large-scale test platforms, and performance assurance for large-scale marketing activities is preferred
• Bachelor degree or above
