Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hyper-casual and casual experts. Our hyper-casual team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating and launching hit hyper-casual games. This team is divided into Publishing, Game Ops, Partnerships, and Studios. With over 6 billion downloads worldwide, we are the largest and most successful hyper-casual publisher in the world.

Role

As a publishing associate, your challenge will be to entertain tens of millions of individuals around the world by creating and launching hit games. In this role, you will manage the entire game dev process, including:

Business development: Sourcing and onboarding high potential game studios

Product: once you complete training, coaching studios on all aspects of their games (with a data-driven mindset on ideation, execution, inspirations, guidelines, etc)

Project management: managing projects (games) across internal teams (marketing, publishing, GameOps, etc.)

Managing the worldwide launch of your studios’ hottest prototypes

The Publishing Associate is a business driving role at Voodoo, with the ultimate goal of launching chart-topping hit games that entertain the world

Profile

A strong interest in growing your gaming product knowledge

Excellent product marketability sensitivity

Strong team leadership skills (will coach 20 – 30 teams simultaneously)

Great interpersonal skills, and ability to give actionable feedback

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Fluency in English

2 – 3 years in consulting, corporate development, internal strategy, or tech is a plus
