Your Role and Responsibilities

We are expanding the Go-To-Market team for the Swedish public sector to enable us to grow further in this industry. We are looking for an individual who proactively drives long-term business development with Swedish public sector clients, translate business development initiatives into new services sales, as well as govern ongoing service delivery and expansion of client relationships.

  • Be a trusted advisor to our Public Sector clients in Sweden and develop senior C-suite relationships, keeping the focus on Business Development and Capability Development
  • Understand our client’s strategic needs, business objectives, and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work
  • Evangelize offerings within our community and also within Partner sales teams
  • Continually develops expertise and knowledge of client issues based on accumulated experience. Applies intellectual capital from each engagement to market and execute future consulting engagements. Assures that intellectual capital is transferred for reuse.
  • Plans and conducts complex negotiations leading to substantial investments from clients with long term implications on the client’s future profitability and market competitiveness. Influences client management in making complex strategic decisions.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong network and relationships within Swedish public sector organisations; primarily larger government agencies and regions.
  • Strong capabilities and experience in public sector industry, including tendering and public procurement processes. Experience in business development, sales and delivery of IT application services in Swedish Public Sector.
  • A natural leader, with ability to influence, build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and within the client’s environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge and experience across Hybrid Cloud Services and Business & Digital Transformation
  • Knowledge and experience with Cloud and from migration/modernization to (private) cloud.
