Our digital solutions allow enterprises to trace materials and confidentially share verified ESG data across supply chains, providing actionable insights through powerful dashboarding.

About this role

We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner that knows how to be decisive in complex and ever-changing environments. You will work closely with product management and business teams to analyze needs and align the product roadmap with strategic goals. You will also work closely with the product development team; discussing potential technical solutions, scoping features, and explaining business needs.

Responsibilities

• You are the owner of the prioritized, groomed, and refined product backlog.
• You achieve the most business value in the least amount of time.
• Help the product development team to execute on a shared vision.
• Develop and scope product feature specifications.
• You are the product ambassador, sharing knowledge and answering questions. At any time you should be able to report on the status quo.
• You mitigate roadblocks that hamper productivity or that decrease business value.

About you

• Product Ownership: 2+ years of experience in Product Ownership, IT project management, or similar. Technical educational background is a pre;
• Entrepreneurial: Curious, action-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude towards complex challenges as well as continuous change;
• Fortitude: Ability to make things work under the most challenging circumstances, dedicated to doing the right things rather than to do the things right;
• Autonomy: Highly comfortable with ambiguity, knowing the path forward is not always well-defined. Confident to work through the unknown and create structure in times of uncertainty.
• Agile attitude: Comfortable with being exposed to a high-pressure environment requiring a high level of agility and perseverance;
• Language: Proficiency in English is a must;
• Cultural awareness: The ability to relate, engage and manage close relationships with stakeholders – coming from a high variety of cultural backgrounds – to achieve success all across the globe;
• Communication: Being able to report concisely. Getting to the core of the story while maintaining important nuances. Maintaining the attention span of our internal and external stakeholders.
• Alignment: Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
• Cutting-edge: Keen on working with the newest technologies. Experience with blockchain technology is a bonus.

What’s next?

It’s important for us that you’re comfortable, and get all the clarity you need during the interview process. After applying, we aim to get back to you within 1-2 weeks. After we get back to you, our interview process takes between 2 to 3 weeks depending on everyone’s availability, but we are flexible if you have a different timeline in mind.

Please, note that this role is a full-time position in Amsterdam. It will require a relocation in case you live outside of The Netherlands.
