Qredo is a rapidly growing scale-up organisation that is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of our products and services.

You will be responsible for key aspects of the go-to-market and customer journey of our products. You will help shape the voice of the product and deliver it to the market, while achieving acquisition objectives across our different target audiences. This cross-functional role will work with internal teams across Product, Marketing, Sales and Branding to understand and translate technical products and services into compelling propositions and messaging.

This role will be highly visible and a key stakeholder within the Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Plan and execute multiple aspects of product marketing; from branding and positioning to product launches and strategy, education and engagement campaigns, events and communication.
  • Maintain product marketing roadmap to track overarching marketing goals, strategies & initiatives.
  • Learn about user personas and customers needs through direct interaction, surveys, and market sizing; bring that perspective to design, roadmapping, and backlog prioritization.
  • Inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral. Develop the marketing tools, materials and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers.
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence for Qredo, monitor KPI and trends in communities to inform overall marketing and product strategy
  • Lead marketing activities e.g webinars, advertising, and public relations campaigns, taking the product to trade shows relevant to the product’s target customers, getting the product covered by relevant industry analysts, etc.
  • Take a diplomatic leadership approach to involve stakeholders early and get cross-functional (product, design, development) work done to launch new products and integrations; be a proactive leader and decision-maker .
  • Work alongside the sales team, producing strategies and collateral materials.
  • Structure and optimize A/B and multivariate testing in channel marketing

Who You Are

  • 10+ years experience as a marketing professional
  • Growth marketing experience (operation campaign design, content marketing, user journey mapping, funnel optimisation) ideally in the FinTech or Cryptocurrency market
  • Obsessed with data-driven marketing and decision making
  • User-focused and product-driven: strong understanding of product, tech and platform
  • An excellent communicator and motivator
  • Can effectively manage up and manage down
