Position summary

We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our Crystal team.

The ideal candidate possesses an intuitive sense for what makes great data-centric SaaS software products, has excellent written and verbal communication skills, has the ability to support their point of view while keeping an open mind, and can build consensus towards the best outcomes for our customers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform go-to-market strategy, target segments, and messaging for our key audience segments.
  • Develop insight-led, differentiated positioning that translates the capabilities of our product into business value for Crystal’s customers.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launch plans to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Build and deliver clear and effective enablement for customer-facing teams, empowering them to position and sell Crystal product.
  • Partner with the Product team on product strategy, proactively act as the voice of the customer to balance team vision with customer needs.
  • Provide Product teams with aggregated, structured and prioritised product feedback across multiple channels.
  • Develop full responsibility and ownership for all Crystal product-centered sales supporting materials and tools including but not limited – product presentations, product leaflets and one pagers, content for product sections on the website and/or microsites, workflow and interfaces for customer portal and/or mobile apps as part as company Crystal offerings, etc.


  • Higher education (special technical and marketing education are a plus);
  • Strong, convincing personality, team player, structured, self-motivated, result oriented;
  • Marketing approach to business;
  • Experience in b2b marketing; 3 years minimum;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Being ready for occasional international business trips.
