Job Title

Product Manager, Off-chain Crypto Data

The Product Manager for CipherTrace’s off-chain crypto data will have overall ownership of CipherTrace’s off-chain data roadmap, driving off-chain data collection prioritization to support our crypto application suite. They will quantify data impacts and initiative tradeoffs, product managing our unified off-chain data store, and playing a pivotal role in data structure and organization. They will also review and assist in evaluations of third-party data providers.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders to fully understand business strategy and identify off-chain data requirements in support of new and existing market offerings

Develop and execute a framework for evaluating and making prioritization tradeoffs

Maintain a detailed understanding of existing data assets, become a subject matter expert on internal data assets

Continuously evaluate productization features and project list, prioritize and plan roadmaps for internal off-chain data.

Under the supervision of the Director of Data Product Management, drive ongoing improvements to our off-chain data store.

Drive and influence cross-functional teams to execute data asset improvement projects

Commercialize internal data assets and drive utilization across the business

Build and expand marketplace knowledge to identify and build a pipeline of offline data sources that address business needs.

Suggest new relevant offline data elements to application and platform product managers

Prepare and review monthly reports demonstrating the achievement of objectives, highlighting risk, and outlining revised plans.

Required Skill Sets

At least 2+ years of product management-related work experience, including leading scrum and agile in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to use data to drive tradeoff decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations.

Demonstrated success building and executing product roadmaps aligned with global business requirements.

Deep understanding of the secondary data landscape and familiarity with data collection and prioritization.

Passion for structured and unstructured big data.

Familiarity with privacy and data localization and protection requirements.

Experience or strong interest in the crypto/blockchain space.
