Join the Nordic Blockchain Association (NBA) and support a sustainable, inclusive, and transparent future!

WHO WE ARE

NBA is the largest non-profit Web3 organization in the Nordics, uniting industry experts, businesses, and blockchain enthusiasts. We promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and organize events, workshops, and conferences, such as the Nordic Blockchain Conference, to empower organizations with blockchain knowledge and networking opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

Join Team People & Culture as P&C Partner, working 5 hours weekly on average ideally for 6+ months, reporting to the Head of People & Culture.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting the team head(s) to define areas of responsibility and / or roles in the team(s),

• Preparing job postings,

• Conducting interviews,

• Issuing volunteer contracts,

• Arranging onboarding practicalities for new joiners and offboarding the team members exiting NBA, etc. and

• Managing projects within People & Culture.

QUALIFICATIONS

No strict requirements, but experience in:

• (Tech) recruiting,

• On- / offboarding,

• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for blockchain is a plus.

You’re a self-starter, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and passionate about NBA’s mission and values.
