As a Partnerships Manager you will leverage your knowledge and experience to outreach, prospect, and qualify leads by understanding their business needs, and moving them through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve your targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business and help us shape the future of loyalty!
The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced in the loyalty industry and web3 technology, have a proven track record as SDR in tech B2B for SaaS, be tech-savvy, and own a beast-mode and highly ambitious mindset.
Tasks
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new leads by identifying potential customers and market segments, with a special focus on US, UK, and Continental Europe (IT, DACH)
- Qualify leads by engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
- Schedule and conduct product demos for interested leads
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth transition through the end-to-end sales cycle
- Update and manage the sales pipeline
- Keep track and update the CRM system and tools for internal communication
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and OKRs
Requirements
Must have:
- Proven experience as SDR in the loyalty industry
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, Web3 technology, and its latest trends
- Multilingual: English, German, and Italian speaker
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English, German, and Italian Language
- Have a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in other languages is a strong plus
